It was easy for me to "love" people, it was easy to give everything I had, which wasn't much, it was easy to understand others and make them feel good about themselves. However, I struggled most of my life with the concept of loving me. I was married at 16, had my daughter at 18 and divorced by 20. After leaving, I sent her to live with her dad, a decision I did not make lightly, but thought would be the best for her. Along the way I found guilt, fear, sadness and disgust in myself. I turned to drugs and landed myself in an abusive relationship. And that is just the start...We all have a journey, a path that we have knowingly or unknowingly taken that has made us the people we are today. I have a journey that I am privliged to share with you and help you break through those self limiting beliefs, to overcome the mistakes that have lead you to anxiety, depression, anger and best of all....this page. It took years for me to understand and love myself for who I am. I am not a therapist, I am not a counselor. I am a listener. I am here to help move you from where you are today, to where you want to be.
